Mark has 25 years experience with Haines & Company in both non-profit and commercial areas.  Dedicated to making sure you reach your goals, he works daily to ensure that the professionals assigned to you have the knowledge, talents and tools to guide your organization toward higher fundraising revenues.

A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Mark is a member and past president of the Board of Directors for Sem Villa, a low-income senior living facility in his hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Patty is Haines Direct’s account executive for the March of Dimes. This includes the Mothers March residential campaign and all telepledge campaigns. She oversees the planning and execution of daily telemarketing and the back end production and analysis of final results.

With over 30 years of experience, Patty is one of the true leaders in targeted residential campaigns. She has been directly responsible for campaigns that have raised 100s of millions of dollars for the March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association and others.

Suzanne has been with Haines and Company for 35 years. She assists the account managers with managing accounts and campaigns.
Jennifer Quartz

Prior to joining Haines Direct Jennifer spent 11 years as the operations manager for a tele-services company. In that capacity she was responsible for all aspects of the business, from hiring phone representatives to payroll. On the client side she managed both nonprofit and commercial projects, from initial strategy to campaign management and final results analysis.

At Haines Direct Jennifer is responsible for the day-to-day contact with her clients and works with the Haines Direct team to produce successful direct mail fundraising campaigns. She is responsible for the strategic oversight of annual programs, the development of budgets and analysis of campaign results. Jennifer also works with each of her clients and our team to develop topics, themes and issues for fundraising appeals.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Akron with a B.S. in Marketing and Advertising. When not shuttling her children to their daily activities, Jennifer is a marathon in-line skater and active fundraiser for the Animal Protection Guild, a nonprofit spay and neuter organization.
Gina Sibila

In this role she is responsible for identifying new business, developing new strategies and business plans, and managing the successful implementation and maintenance of client campaigns. Gina leads a team of professionals in developing campaign concepts, analyzing data, and executing campaigns for Haines Direct’s nonprofit clients.

Gina has 18 years of experience in developing and implementing effective strategies for various nonprofit organizations including American Cancer Society, Salvation Army, Paralyzed Veterans of America, American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Osteoporosis Foundation, to name a few.

Gina attended Ohio State University prior to joining Haines Direct and has been responsible for helping organizations raise millions of dollars through direct mail and telemarketing.
Ashley Harwell

For the past seven years Ashley has been a leader in creating and executing successful direct mail campaigns for Haines-Direct clients. She has specifically been working with American Red Cross Regional clients, on a national level for National Osteoporosis Foundation and locally for a variety of Missions and Foodbanks.

She uses her knowledge and skills, including her thorough understanding of current research, industry trends and artistic ability to create fundraising strategies and packages that meet the needs of her clients and raise them more money.

Ashley’s experience in the fundraising industry began before joining Haines-Direct, in marketing and public relations at Stark County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (MRDD). At MRDD, she developed creative promotional materials and assisted the public relations department in planning and promoting fundraising events.

Ashley has a BS in Communication and a minor in Marketing from Kent State University. Ashley is also a small business owner, responsible for the management of her and her husbands’ custom framing shop and art gallery. She’s a very active participant in the arts community of Stark County.
Stephanie Hann

As an Account Executive for Haines Direct, Stephanie Hann helps each of her clients increase their revenue and achieve their goals through better donor segmentation, donor cultivation and retention strategies, effective donor acquisition and proper analysis. Her direct responsibilities include the development of direct mail strategy, campaign projections, strategic consulting and data analysis.

Outside the office, Stephanie is active at her church and participates in various fundraisers throughout the region.

Prior to joining Haines Direct, Stephanie worked on “Good Morning, America!” for ABC Television in New York City. She graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University with a B.S. in communications.
Pete Forbes

Pete works to identify the challenges and goals of new clients – the first step in building a beneficial partnership with Haines Direct.

Pete came to Haines Direct with a B.A. in Youth Agency Administration from Salem College and 15 years of professional experience with the Boy Scouts of America. During that time, he developed and managed their volunteer and fundraising programs, including special events, annual fund drives, major gift programs, and planned giving.

In his spare time, Pete works with Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-education service fraternity. Currently, he is the National Scouting and Youth Services Chair. Locally, he is the Advisory Board Chair at the Xi Upsilon Chapter at Mount Union College. In 2006, he was the lead advisor of all the events for their national convention in Louisville, KY.
Liz Lowe

As account manager, Liz oversees the design, print, data management, list orders, production and scheduling for your direct mail campaigns. She uses her extensive knowledge of print production and nonprofit postal regulations to help achieve your marketing goals by making sure that your mail is in the postal stream on time.

Liz is the Education Committee Co-Chair for the Akron Canton Postal Customer Council. She has been a member of the Stark County Toastmasters for 3 years. She is also an active member of the American Cancer Society.
Nicole Canterbury
Account Executive
Nicole uses her master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University to understand the specific fundraising challenges each client has and how they affect the overall organization. Her insights into identifying these challenges benefit the Haines Direct team in collaborating on solutions for our clients.

Nicole also has a B.A. in Foreign Language (German), a B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Business Administration from West Virginia University.

Outside of the office, Nicole is actively involved with local nonprofits as a member of her church’s congregational Welcome Team and as a frequent volunteer at the Cleveland Animal Protective League.
